PRIVACY POLICY
McCartney's Rolling Video Games is committed to protecting your personal information. We use the information that we collect on the site to make bookings with McCartney's Rolling Video Games as easy as possible. We don’t give your personal information to anybody. Privacy is very important to us.

DAMAGE/INJURY

Neither McCartney's Rolling Video Games nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.

Additionally, McCartney's Rolling Video Games reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by client’s guests. McCartney's Rolling Video Games or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK
McCartney's Rolling Video Games doesn’t allow food or drinks in the video game trailer. Please have party guests eat or drink outside our trailer. We want to keep the trailer in good shape for future parties.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS
You may have alcohol at any of McCartney's Rolling Video Games events, however, drugs of any nature will not be tolerated at our events. If an employee has observed use of illegal drugs, we will terminate party immediately.  If deemed necessary, we also reserve the right to shut down any party if the use of alcohol is deemed excessive or unsafe.  Alcohol used by people under the age of 21 is prohibited and will result in termination of the party as well.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Our state of the art trailer can handle all weather conditions, however, there may come a time where the weather just doesn’t cooperate at all with your scheduled party time. In the event of severe weather, we have the right to reschedule your party to guarantee the safety of your guests and our employees. If you know you’re expected to have really bad weather in the forecast, reach out to us ahead of time to reschedule.

COVID-19 POLICY:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to serious illness and/or death. By hiring McCartney's Rolling Video Games, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking the following precautions:

-Sanitation of all controllers/frequently touched surfaces in the game truck
-One hand sanitizing stations available inside of the truck
-All equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after each event.

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. The full amount is due at the time of booking. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. There will be a refund equal to half the price of your event for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and within 30 days of scheduled event. NO REFUND on any reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. McCartney's Rolling Video Games will make every attempt to reschedule your party should cancellation be necessary. All rescheduled events are no longer available for a refund of any kind, and rescheduling must be done within 90 days of your originally scheduled event.
